Write some Software

I need someone who knows PHP (and I am guessing knows their way around SQL) to make edits to a IP Board (Forum) app that I have that is wrote primarily in PHP. Things I need: 1. - Original app was designed for a US Army unit, but mine is Marine. I have updated the language pack to reword everything. However, after uploading it to the site, the site is still showing the original Amy stuff. This makes me think SQL needs a look to see if it needs re-casched or something. Link below shows an example. I changed the language file to say "Marine" instead of Army in the area it says: "A list of all Army enlisted ranks and their respected description and requirements." at the top of the page. For some reason it is not showing. If it does for you, then may be my end. [login to view URL] 2. Same thing goes for the uniform images on each Marines file. For some reason it will not change after a ordinary refresh, but I have to CTRL+Refresh to finally get it to show. This is not a huge deal, but hopefully while figuring out problem #1 we can look into this. [login to view URL] 3. Finally, actual PHP work. The app has a enlistment form that users fill out and it adds them to the system the app is designed for. All pretty cool stuff, however, I need to change the enlistment form to remove and add a couple of questions it asks, which are then reflected on the form output once a user submits a enlistment form.
