Write some plug in to autofill

Dear All, I required a software which submit auto fill to the website like IRCTC Tatkal Plugin. in details I want to book sand in the website sand.telangana.gov.in. In the site quantity of stock yards release 12 noon every day the quantityy will booked in seconds due to huge competition. So I need a Plugin or extension to book sand automatically at the time of releasing stock This is the target website [login to view URL] I will log in to the site by my credential Step 1 : I will log in to the site by my credential User Id : 8019961319 Password : 8019961319 Step 2 : Click on New Booking Step 3 : Choose the District from Drop Down Step 4 : Select the Stocyard from Option(Choose one Radio Button) Step 5: Chose purpose of Sand as “Domestic” from Drop Down Step 6 : Enter the Vehicle No<it will auto calculate the Value) Step 7: Enter the Delivery District, Delivery Mandal, and Delivery Village from Drop down menu Step 8: Enter the Captch and click on the Register, Then it will redirect to Payment gateway. These manual steps I need to submit with autofill extension to book the order in huge competition.
