Add content in a Laravel template file

On my site [login to view URL], I need to modify the content of the page [login to view URL]
I need to put the content of this page [login to view URL] with some minor modifications (change "Social Car" by ITINERENTS and change the links to the aproppiate links). In both languages, english and spanish.
