Alertpay Processor Help

I am working with Alertpay processor and i have everything working for payments but something is stopping the ap_amount and the ap_referencenumber to be send BACK to my site. Nothing I have tried as worked I need to track this problem down like NOW.. Do not bid if you are after nothing but money I will not accept outragous bids. My budget is as is nothing more.
