Android app which works offline and store data and sync when it connects to internet

Android app requirement- 1) works on all devices phones and tablets. 2) works in kiosk mode - no status bar. 3) to exit the kiosk mode there should be password- PAssword needs to be set in settings page. 4) kiosk mode should lock down the device , no home, back, volume button should work 4) having a flow -- of (n) questions of survey - from poor to excellent. - dynamic flow 5) survey results will be stored in database and once it gets internet it will be stored in database. 6) it should display message - if no internet connection - that data be saved in db once received internet. 7) As soon as on receiving internet it should sync automatically with no loss of data. - 8) there should be a device code to be sent with data - to know from which device data is coming. as same app can be running on many devices. 9) there should be authentication code for app, that this app for a device is valid for only 1 month after that it should stop working. 6) if internet is there then it directly stores in database.
