android and ios code help

im building an app and i need help in this section...i want someone to help me import the data from the database to the application...the database has 3 sections...i need two of them imported into the app...as follows: there will be two user guest and admin.... the amin page of this section in the app will show the guest view which is a gallery horizontal view ...the gallery has images of cars each image has a price beside it...if any image is clicked the car details page will open which will show all the images of that car...the user can share with his friends.....in this main page on the top will be a login section...if selected the admin can log in ....the admin will have an image gallery vertically and he will show other input below the gallery that are pre-enterd from the web using the third user who is the superadmin...so superadmin has nothing to do inside the app already working from the web.....whatever the superadmin enters is showing in the admin section ...what admin controls is the sale price entry for each car and if the car will show in the guest view page or not.... please note all these functions already working as a website....and the databse is created for all users and evrerything is working fine...just need help importing this into the ios and android code i must get a full working apk and api code for android studio for the android and an api code for ios and i will do the implementing into the rest of my app myself.
