The App: The SpotList app is a 2-way communication platform for both the cleaner and customer. It consists of an editable checklist of cleaning tasks which determine the regular activity within the household. The App functionality: -Client log in and profile page - Profile page to consist of Household Name, Address and images of the rooms -Cleaner log in and profile page - Profile page to consist of Name, photo, fun facts or similar -The SpotList – this needs to be editable so each customer can create their own bespoke checklist. The list can be amended and saved by the customer at any point. -The customer needs to be able to add SpotLists for each room in their house -Each section within the SpotList must have a comments box which both the cleaner and client can use to communicate -Underneath the SpotList there needs to be a mandatory notes section to be completed after each booking by the cleaner -The cleaner needs to be able to tick off tasks and save the completed SpotList after every visit. -Automation – once a cleaner has completed their SpotList, the customer will receive an automated message showing the completed tasks with any notes. -Automation – 1 day before a cleaner is booked, the customer will receive an automated message asking them if they’d like to amend their SpotList. They can log in to amend, or ignore to trigger their standard SpotList. -Automation – Once the above is action, the cleaner will receive a prompt with their SpotList for each household they’re assigned to. -The app must allow admin users to assign and remove cleaners to a household as required -All SpotList’s need to be stored so we can refer back to them if required -Extra services – in addition to the editable SpotList, clients can request extra services as desired. Options include; post-party clean up, spring clean, internal window clean etc. -Help/Support – to communicate with the internal SpotList team -Payment System – Weekly invoicing to the clients, and payment collections to SpotList -Sign up form for clients, obtaining details and requirements -Sign up form for cleaners, obtaining details and references
