Assist me on php coding to build my Dashboard

As an IT personnel, my company has assign me a task to create a simple dynamic dashboard. We already buy a dashboard template from Envato Themeforest, and I already customize some form and functionality to make it funchtioning as we want.

I'm seek an assistant to help me on php coding to build below funtionality;

1. Php coding for data entry forms. There will be a multiple forms that I will customize using the template, and need your assistant on php/js/ajax coding to insert the data to the sql database and make it functioning.

2. Coding for graph template such echarts for the data entry on item no 1.

3. Setting and create page to manage user to add,remove,disable,set role and permission.

4. Php/JS/Ajax coding for messaging page or live chat and email notifications.

I'm need someone who are can assist me as per below;

Flexible on time, budget and task to assist me. Because I have limited of budget and still working with my company. At the first project maybe I will pay you not too much but If you can give a good cooperation, there will be a lot of project that I will award to you in next time with a good payment because my company is starting to grow up and we are now in developing a custom system to our company to manage our staff and clients.
