Astrology, Numerology, Chinese Astrology & Vedic Astrology Scripts for new website

We are looking for someone that can integrate (free) scripts from various sources online and “merge” them, so these scripts show the results, based on imputed data, to come up with calculated formulas. These formulas are based around Astrological Compatibility (western), Numerological Compatibility, Chinese Compatibility and Vedic astrology. However, all the results will be displayed on the same page, and all just use one point of entry. So effectively looking like 1 point of entry, pumping out five different results.

 These scripts give overall scores of compatibility between sets of information based on inputted data information from 2 people. 

The data will show graphically as an on-page report with more details available upon purchase. We have designed a few mockups of how the information could be displayed, and we have seen several examples of websites that we like as well.

 The Astrology chart script: 

 When asking about the data source for astrology sites, I received this information.
 "Pretty much every astrology program and site uses the Swiss Ephemeris, located at astro.com. They have two versions; the GPL version and the commercially licensed version (if you do not know the difference, PLEASE look up GPL; it is almost a requirement for writing web-based software. Secondarily, as I have reported, Astrolog (written in C++) has been released as GPL.  There are scripts on the internet, some of which are free, that make a lot of data comparison already. 
We have bookmarked some of these websites use these scripts. You can use these scripts (I am not too sure where to get them all from, but some have the option on the website. Some might require permission), and perhaps their formulas could be replicated, or just be improved. These scripts are listed at the bottom of this post. Process: Customer goes on site and fills in 2 sets of information fields, based on two people, and hits submit. The “script generated“ results report will appear on the page. The customer will see a summary. Some of this information will be hidden and only available to be viewed upon purchase of report. Upon purchase, a report can be downloaded/seen on screen/saved to account.

 Also, we are thinking about tick boxes so people can select which scripts they want to run/show as they might only want 2 of the 4 results to show up. Needs: It will help if you know about Astrology, Numerology, Vedic and Chinese Astrology. Alternatively, just read up about them beforehand to at least have an understanding. It is just; you will know what you are supposed to/expected to see. It will be your job to make sure the results of the data appear correctly and styles to our specifications. We contacted our previous, but now the unavailable developer, who said: The developer should know the following: WordPress, PHP, advanced CSS, MySQL. If you need to change the diagram for the astrology, you need to know PYTHON additionally. Developers do not need to have much knowledge, so your order is suitable for low-cost developers. You should be able to get it done within your budget. It is not too complicated.
