I am looking for a core php developer who can develop the blood bank app for me. It should be integrated with my existing doctorstouch web application. This app will have the following form and functionality. Forms : 1. Blood Donor Registration Form 2. Blood Requirement Request Form 3. Login Form for Donors (Needs to be integrated with the patient login form) 4. Login Form for Recepient (Needs to be integrated with the existing patient login form.) Functionality Scope : 1. Donor Registration 2. Request for Blood or Platelette 3. SMS & Email messageing 4. Search Functionality for available donors based on select criteria (Area, Period, Gender etc) 5. Blood Recepient History & Tracking details 6. SMS/Email Reminders to Donors 7. Status Updates on requests 8. Active / Deactivae Donors or Patients 9. Statistics on BLood Donation Volumes (Blood Units) Vs Patients Vs Donors And a couple of other reports/queries. 10. It needs to be integrated with our existing web application developed in core PHP.
