Build A CLIPBUCKET website

I am in Canada and want to build a clipbucket website on my home computer. I am not well versed in Linux but I have tried to install Clipbucket on Lubuntu 12.4, UBUNTU 16, Linux MINT 18, with so many incompatabilities between php versions, linux platforms etc...it will not work.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

1) Currently using Ubuntu 16.04 LTS as operating system

2) Have tried using command line install of apache2 and mysql but did not wwork

3) Have tried installing LAMPserver but in firefox browser the CLIPBUCKET install page is blank and will not load

4) Have tried the XAMPPserver but in firefox browser the CLIPBUCKET install is missing some modules although I know they are installed and will not allow access to the created mysql database.

5) Have tried to install earlier CLIPBUCKET version 2.6 on LUBUNTU 12.4 with php5 and although all modules and [login to view URL] configuration shows green, uploads of videos work but conversion fails to create the final mp4 url.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

I am looking for someone well experienced with CLIPBUCKET installations. With the distances around the world and internet speeds, screen sharing viewers like TEAMVIEWER do not work.

Ideally I am looking for someone who can do a trial install and document all the components (what linux platform, what server, what php version, etc. ) and document the install step by step and email me.

As I install Clipbucket and hit an error I can email you and we can troubleshoot the issue until it successfully installs.

If you want to bid on the job, add some of your experiences with Clipbucket and tell me what you think some of the problems may be. This way I will know what your experience is with Clipbucket.

I ONLY WORK WITH A FIXED PROJECT PRICE THAT WE CAN AGREE ON AND WILL ONLY PAY ON COMPLETION. ($30-$250)
