Build a custom blog

I manage content developement for an educational resource company. We need a website that will be built in phases. The first phase is simple, and will have 3 modules (described below). If you do well on these modules we'd like to hire you for further projects, which I describe below. Please don't bid if you don't think you would be able to do the later projects, but bid only on what it will cost to do the current project. Because we hope this will eventually lead to a longterm business relationship we will get you set up with admin privleges on cPanel, and instead of just turning over code we would like you to set it up on the server and adjust the server settings yourself. Keep that in mind for your bid. Note: This will not be a wordpress site. It will have to be made from scratch and it will have to be mobile ready as well. (So use Bootstrap, Laravell, etc. if you want, just not WordPress.) Current Project: The website will have the following modules: Module 1: Blog This module will be a php site that displays recently created blog posts. We will provide you with specific design guidelines. Module 2: Blog poster This module will be an admin panel for putting up blog posts and managing past posts. Design is not terribly important here since only we will be seeing it, but we will give you rough guidelines. Module 3: Login System This module lets you login to the site so that a personalized greeting is available on blog posts and the main blog page when a user logs in. The login system will eventually be required to allow users to login on this site, but stay logged in in another domain that we own that we will be building a website on later. Later Projects: If you do well on this project we want offer you work on a more extended project. It will include the following: A paid LMS website that hosts courses with media of various types, and tracks user progress. A paid Membership website with multiple levels of access to members on different payment plans. A payment module that services both the LMS and the Membership website. (A user logged in on the blog will also be logged in on the LMS and the Membership website.) As I said before, place a bid for how much it will cost to build the 3 modules for the blog website, but only if you are interested in the later work after the blog if everything goes well. -Thanks,
