Build a Notifications System in Laravel/AngularJS

LoanCirrus is a financial-tech web application serving microfinance institutions and banks in over 20 countries. After launching 2 years ago, we are currently in growth phase and are looking to engineer and build out some major features, one of which is termed "Notifications".

Notifications is a system of messaging and alerts within the application. It may further be described as a robust in-app communication system that keeps loan officers and managers up-to-date with what's happening with their portfolio clients and loans. It should also serve as a communication tool between internal and external staff, who can trade messages.

We will discuss additional details to shortlisted candidates.

The ideal candidate for this project should possess the following characteristics.

* Be experienced coding in Laravel for at least 3 solid years

* Be experienced deploying with AngularJS on the front-end for at least 2 solid years.

* Be available for at least 20 hours per week

* Be available to join our online morning and evening scrum meetings on the Easter Time zones

* Speak the English language FLUENTLY, both orally and in writing. We plan to do NO TRANSLATION in our communication.

* We use Moqups to design wireframes before development.

* We communicate live via Google Meet, and via Slack otherwise.
