Build online crawler to get prices from different websites -- 2

Looking for programmer who can build tool to gather prices from (15) websites. The crawler needs to gather these prices on a continuous basis (cron job), and needs to update it on our mysql database. The prices are presented on these websites under forms on these websites (so prices are available after information on the forms are filled). There different parameters that we will provide that can be plugged in these forms and for which the price quote needs to be extracted. The language to write the application in can be either PHP or node.js, the database has to be MySQL. Budget: $150
