Build an Opencart ecommerce website with option to checkout by payment or by requesting a quote

Need to design, enable and test functions and make it user & seo friendly. What is already there: premium theme is already installed What is needed? Functions: • sub brands/products need to be categorized and added per category. • Quote function: there is a premium plugin already purchased and installed for this. Need to enable the admin to keep the product for pay and checkout or direct it for request quote from the product. • Payment gateway and get a quote cleanly done • Social options: Social media sharing icons on the products • Comments and ratings on the product.
