Build a Purchase Order System Web Application

Purpose
To give the client insight of an estimated price for each option selected by client.
This is a tool for streamlining order for us and the client.
Goals
(1) Helps us determine quantity of material to buy/prepare.
(2) How much to bill the client.
(3) Assists client in choosing most affordable and desired option.
(4) Option for customer to make payment on the portal.
Features
PO bid management estimation tool/portal/mobile app.
We will own the data and the platform to customize it for their flow with future states.
This is a technology stack with a front end and a backend (middleware, storage).
It will be a plugin to an existing ecommerce website on the volusion platform.
All databases should be fluid. Data may eventually becomes outdated, the relations may change significantly.
An import/export function to more efficiently add/remove data.
A JPEG/PDF/DOC/XLS upload function to relate to the project request.
Looking for lean but simple program. No need for too much complexity.
