I would need an very simple excel offer configurator: In the front page there would be ''service catalogue''. By ticking a box item(s) would be added to the offer on ''offer'' sheet, which would be then printed as pdf for the customer. Description of Front page: - Could be just headers i.e item x, item y, service z. The descriptions of the items could be picked from separate sheet. - Items may be description or condition not necessarily having cost involved Offer sheet: - Will consists std descriptions + item descriptions as selected from front page. - If the item or service has a price it may be onetime payment, monthly cost, annual cost. The sums of each payment category should be calculated separately in a summary. - Option to changing/adding the pricing manually. - Printable form should have some kind of indexing/sections to make it easier to read. i.e 1.0 parties 2.0 Offer background 3.0 Products 4.0 Services 5.0 Pricing summary 6.0 Terms and conditions Fine tuning and further developing will be done by ourselves so please keep it simple and easy to understand.
