I have provided the design, you will have to find a template that is very close to that design and adapt it so that it will be converted to the design attached. JOOMLA ONLY. The final website must be 100% accessible by ALL DEVICES and RESPONSIVE and must follow all W3C and SEO standards. ** Knowledhge of JOOMLA, PHP, CSS, HTML is REQUIRED. *** I want to find a developer with whom I can collaborate easily and who is reliable and speaks good English and can communicate easily and on time. *** If you provide a good price and you do very high quality work I will have many new projects for you after this one. *** I want to talk directly with the developer, this is very important for me. *** Please check the attached design and message to tell me the cost, how long it will take and which template you will use.
