build two wordpress plugins including all aspects for both (from description/ keywords to getting it in plugin directory)

We have two javascripts of the form

<script src="[url removed, login to view]{{site name}}></script>

Both plugins should have a complete title/ description.

The final products should be part of the wordpress plugin search directory.

The plugins should allow the user to input the {{site name}} field

The plugins should allow the user to add this script to all pages like the google analytics plugin.

It should be very user friendly.
