Build a video for a website explaining how the product works

I need to develop a video to explain how my product works (a Google style video) This video will be placed in the homepage of my website, so visitors can understand easily and fast what the platform is about. It should be an animation, not a real video with people, just a representation on how the process works. It should be developed in english, spanish and portuguese (I can provide the texts) and for simplicity, it does not need to have sound. What's the business about? The platform is OhWhatAChat. It allows eCommerce stores or websites in general to build, train and install a chatbot in their website. The chatbot will answer the frequently asked questions from the website's visitors (normally this accounts for 50 to 70% of the questions that a website receives). What happens with the remaining 50 to 30% that the chatbot can't answer? When the chatbot doesn't have the answer (when the artificial intelligence fails) it will have 2 possible steps: 1) if there's a sales rep or customer service rep online, it will send the conversation to that person, to his mobile phone or computer, 2) if the customer or sales reps are offline, it will ask for the contact details to the customer and save them in a database so the customer is contacted afterwards.
