Hello.

I want someone to build a cpanel account migration service without the need of root access of the destination cpanel server. This service should not create a backup on their hosting account, because doing so will also need root access to restore that backup.

Can you please give me a fixed price project quote based on the below requirements?

I want you to build a cpanel migration service, that would just need the cpanel login details of the source server(the original server from where the account is being moved) and cpanel login details of the destination server(the server account is being moved to).

Just an idea about how to implement this: First source cpanel account is cloned to third-party cloud server( preferrably scaleway or amazon aws) , and from that third-party server to destination server. The client can move away from the interface while the migration happens, the thing runs in the background and the client gets a notification through email as soon as the After the migration is finished, the client gets to see a preview of the migrated site using cpanel temporary url and then marks the migration complete otherwise he can start the process again. .This is just an idea, i want you to follow a mechanishm that uses less resources, and is most ideal.

Billing part:

The service would be available to individual customers at a "Pay per migration" basis and for hosting companies at a fixed monthly for the amount of customers they have. I also want you to develop a whmcs module and cpanel pliugin for hosting companies that would allow them to easily offer our CPANEL MIGRATION service to their active hosting clients.
