Build a Website

I am looking for a Wordpress developer who can help finish off a website build. The site is built using the Ultimatum framework based on Bootstrap 3 and relies heavily on Visual Composer and Wonderloops to build the page content. Please note the Ultimatum theme does not build Wordpress pages like normal, you cannot get to [login to view URL] for example, so please do not bid on this job if you are expecting the usual Wordpress set-up. The site is mainly a single page, but does include separate blog pages. On the single page (homepage) there are various sections, there are two parts to this I need help with, although if you only want to do item 1 that is fine, item 2 is not essential. 1. Our Clients This section shows a Layerslider picking up information from a custom post type. Beneath it in an Inner Visual Composer row is a drop down / toggle area where visitors can click on "View all clients" to reveal (using a transition) all the clients logo's from the custom post type. Currently around 32 logo's, but more will be added in future. At the moment we are using a toggle row function of Massive addons for VC, but its not working how we need it to, I need someone to code it so the "View all clients" and icon reveals the content, the "View all clients" link and icon disappear and at the bottom of the logo's a close button, to transition close the revealed content then hides it again and puts it back to its un-opened state. See screen shots, clients-before-expand & clients-after-expand to hopefully explain this better. This same set-up is also needed on another section on this same page for a Team Member section, an initial row of team members is displayed, beneath this is a "View all team members" option, with icon, on click this disappears and reveals with a smooth transition the remaining team members. Again with a closing icon under them, which when clicked will hide the team, expect the first row and put it back to the state when the page is originally loaded. 2. Another job, although not essential is recoding how the team member section displays the team. Initially it was palnned to use a custom post type with Advanced Custom Fields to show the pesons image, name, job title and a Twitter & Linked In icon linking to their social media accounts. Using the Ultiamtum theme we have found it next to impossible to code in ACF fields that will output HTML & PHP code using Wonderloops or Visual Composer Grids. If you think you can also make this work please advise, it is not essential but happy to pay for it if item 1 can be accomplished.
