I need a "membership" website.
The functions required are:-
1) accepts member's details (name, email address, mobile number),
2) allows members to enter payment details - need to accept Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, Debit card, Direct deposit,
3) provides an upload facility so that member can submit his article for a literary competition,
4) displays certain information such as:-
quotes
ways to submit article - (a) online, (b) in person, (c) via registered mail
how winners will be announced and notified
conditions of submission (eg. original articles will become organiser's intellectual properties and will not be returned to authors)
duration of competition
other competitions (eg. golf)
5) provides link to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, Youtube, Linkedin, Pinterest
6) displays a Google Map of the location of the organisation; also the address, contact phone number and hours of operation
I would like "Wordpress" to be employed to do the development.
End products are:-
a) working website
b) comprehensive user's guide. It needs to contain clear instructions on how to modify the site, how to manage the site (eg how to update info like duration/dates of a given competition). The expectation is that I (or my staff) will do the modification/maintenance/management; thus, the need for clear directions
c) sitemap
I will send the “logical design” of the first 3 main functions.
I 'd like a quote on (a) cost of the job and (b) expected starting time and finishing time of the project.
