Build a website using Elementor on WordPress

Hello,
✔ I have a website [login to view URL] which needs to be customized using WordPress Elementor by taking theme inspiration from the demo "Meeting Room" theme ([login to view URL] ), while the name of "Our Meeting Rooms on Homepage will be changed to "Our Services". Please note that Elementor and WordPress are already installed in it. The demo theme will not be installed, you will create the same theme design and layout using Elementor.
✔ This is our competitor ([login to view URL] ). The reason why I am sharing this is that we do not need something that busy. We basically are just looking to build something a little bit better than the competition. It needs to look professional, and we will optimize the speed, descriptions, backlinks, and so forth to rank higher than them so we can sell off the LEADS.
The project is basically little more than improving on what is already ranking.
✔ We have to keep our website a little simpler than that of the Meeting Room Demo theme. The color codes of the website will be taken from this link [login to view URL]
✔ There will be a total of 8 pages on the website: Home, About Us, Contact Us, Why Us, Services, Roofing and under Roofing there will be two subpages that are Residential and Commercial. 1 Basic Logo will also be needed.
✔ There will be ONE lead generation box. There will be THREE calls to action.
1 being the lead generation box, as shown in the example of the demo theme homepage.
2 additional call to actions on the main page for a total of three (contact us today, free quote, etc)
✔ The website must be both mobile and desktop optimized.
✔ All the pages will have demo content.
✔ You must be open to feedback and revisions.
✔ The above-mentioned work needs to be completed until Wednesday Evening. (Fixed Deadline)
