I need a mobile app web app to auto bulk sending whatsapp message. Bidder needs to tell me how many whatsapp msg can be sent every day 2. Allow me to upload contact list via csv or excel 3. can separate and detect the phone number into contact list to sms or whatsapp (if have whatsapp use whatsapp) If do not have whatsapp, do not send sms. Everytime must detect if a phone number has whatsapp, if yes, send whatsapp again. 4. report interface shows how many phone numbers have whatsapp, how many whatsapp are successfully sent, how many are not sucessfully sent, 5. besides text, can send and receive from image and video. Also, can send link in text. 6. the website can send text and image msg to whatsapp. Also, the webiste can receive text and image msg from whatsapp too.

Hi, Myself Avoy I have seen your requirement and understanding Register & Login- User can register. After registration user will get the email where the user will need to activate the account. After activate the account user can login into the system. *Upload contact: User can upload contract via CSV file/excel file. *Contact list: User can view their contract list separate and detect the phone number into contact list to SMS or Whatsapp. *Checking we account: System can checking the user have wa account or not do not send SMS. Every time must detect if a phone number has WhatsApp, if yes, send WhatsApp again. *Report generate: User can view the report. *Web-based system: The website can send text and image msg to WhatsApp. Also, the website can receive text and image msg from WhatsApp too.
