Captive Portal Squid FreeRadius Project

We have a captive portal running on Linux and a FreeRadius server where we authenticate [login to view URL] our Squid proxy server that we give our members specific limits works. So, we record the information on our MySQL server... We want a job like this; 1- When members sign in we ask for name and last name, mobile phone number, email address, gender and age. When the member writes this information, we give permission to enter. 2- We hold the regions (province, county, etc.) the members belong to with the ID's we give to the connection point. However, we want our users to display photos or videos every 30 minutes. We want to sort these images by age, gender and region (province, district, etc.). 3- Members should watch the material such as video, pictures, etc., here, if they do not watch it should not be connected to the internet. Every 30 minutes, this data must be presented to the user. We add the data we show to the user in our system according to these details, but our Squid proxy server should receive this data from our server. 4- The system we have visualized is encoded in php and mysql. So, We are waiting for the offer of people who can support this issue.
