Changing Links in Godadddy Database

Hi,
I've got a list of video links stored in my Godaddy database. Currently the links are set to wrong the payment setting. They are currently set to the 'mobile pay per signup' and they should be changed to pay per signup - $30 on all pay per signups' I need someone to create me a script that will run though each link in the database and change them to the correct payment setting.
