I'm experienced in financial services and regulatory compliance and seeking to develop a new website that offers electronic fund transfers and bill payments in exchange for an equivalent value of a range of cryptocurrencies (beginning with Bitcoin and Ethereum). There is an existing provider with a similar service available that is based on the REST API and I would like an estimate of how much it would cost to replicate. Additional features and design elements would then be added at a later date to provide an advantage over competing services. For each transaction, the user is provided a unique digital wallet address which they then transfer a quoted amount of equivalent cryptocurrency. The value of the cryptocurrency is based on the average market rate from other sources online. Upon verification of the transaction being received, the user has the option of providing an email address for receipt of the transaction. The users transaction is then added to a payment file which is uploaded to the bank for transfer. The service which i'm seeking to replicate is [login to view URL]
