This can be done using htaccess URL writing and URL redirection. I might need access to server to work on this. This is a sort of project which has to be tried out in actual server. But, seems like all your URLs are already failing and not product are listed. Is someone going to fix that or is it also part of this project. I think 5 days would be enough to fix this issue. I work alone and I have close to 9 years experience.

I see that you're site is based on osCommerce. I've had 10+ years experience working with osCommerce so feel pretty confident that I can deliver this project for you pretty quickly. I'd need to see the code in order to give a more accurate timeframe for completion. It would be just myself working on this project. What kind of access to the code would I have?
