Convert Prestashop 1.6 theme to 1.7

We have a Prestashop 1.6 running at the moment, and would like to upgrade to 1.7 soon.
The theme we use at the moment is not compatible with version 1.7, so we need to find a freelancer, which can help convert the existing theme to 1.7, or program a new one to look like to 1.6 theme. You decide if you want to make new theme to match existing, or convert the one we have now.
There is 2 frontpage modules to handle slider and ad boxes, they should be converted as well.
The project is finished, when we have tested everything, and it all work in version 1.7.
