Convert website (web app) in php to Android App

We have a working web application, that is a website portal. We want to convert that website into a android app. We dont want to use Web View, Our website, has following functions that we want in adnroid app: Our website is a calling service provider, We take user registrations and verify their phone number by sms verification, once der account is created, then they can place calls using that, they just need to enter mobile number and press call button, the website also display available calling mins for that user. We want all this in app, it should take registrations, verify, and then display available calling mins and should allow to place calls, we also have a call log page, that displays call logs, that should also be accessed in app. The full website is made in php and mysql, the website jus registers and places call request. CALLS DONT TAKE PLACE ON WEBSITE. You jus need to make a android app that works with this present system, you can make a app that places request to website php page and gets responses.... Another feature that we want is that for the call filed option, user should be able to enter number from his contact list, like he can directly select the number from contact list and that should automatically be inserted in the call number field. (after removing country code) Please also share your past apps and work. Let me know if any queries.
