correct a php curl -- 2

We bulding in php curl a solution to connect our script php to [url removed, login to view] via github button fast sign up. Everythong work:

1- we return to github from nexmo to begin the sign in/ sign up process

2- if the account is the first time to sign in we acccept to share details

but once we accept to share the details , something force a redirection (so we are no more in local and we are transfered in nexmo with an error)

What we need? Just correct the problem and normally we have once we connected to return the nexmo dashboard of the github specified account
