Create PHO script to detect language strings in our sources

Hello, we have a huge Laravel + AngularJs project. It is mostly already translated using a language file, but there are still a some untranslated strings inside the code, both server side and client side. We're looking for someone very good skilled, who can create a PHP parser string that can analyze our folder structure, scanning all file, to detect ponentially untranslated string, generating us a report. We don't expect it to be perfect but it should be able to ignore comments in code Possibile type of file to scan: -Laravel PHP Controllers and services -AngularJs controllers -Angularjs html templates I can provide an example for all of there type. My Budget is max 50usd. So don't bid if you don't agree.
