Requirement : Please download the files to understand the project , there is a video file to explain my requirement [login to view URL] You can also watch the video via youtube [login to view URL] I need a program to automate the calculation of my profit for website I am selling on. website Shopee In shopee , I am able to download file of orders (refer order file folder) I need the program to calculate the profit by performing the following [login to view URL] the Total Released Amount – from the settlement file (settlement file folder, column K value(there should be somewhere I can change the column in case the website changed the Total Released Amount to another column) [login to view URL] the total order cost – - Program has to have an excel database (refer to database folder) that stores which value to refer to in the [login to view URL] in order to calculate the total order cost Example of the program interface The program will first go to database to match the the product name and product variation to see if value has been set , if not found then will prompt screen for buyer to select the matching value in the [login to view URL] to set. [login to view URL] gross profit and net profit THERE SHOULD BE BE SOMEWHERE I CAN CHANGE THE COLUMN TO REFER TO AS SHOPEE CHANGES THE COLUMN POSITION NOW AND THEN Gross Profit= Products' Price Paid by Buyer (MYR) (Column G)-Total Order Cost (Column AC) Nett Profit =Total Released Amount(Column AB)-Total Order Cost(Column AC) The columns of Products' Price Paid by Buyer (MYR) ,Total Order Cost,Total Released Amount,Total Order Cost- The columns location may change , please have a file/somewhere where I can change the column variable

Hello, I am a statistician and R programmer. I have read your project description and here is an approach I can suggest for you. So since the sales data is present on the website, it is possible to twist things. It is better not to keep downloading the file each time and running the program just to get the profits. What I suggest is that you web embed a file/program that does that. And the program will be updated regularly without you touching it. For example this could be achieved using power Bi. The power Bi dashboard would have access to the data and would do calculations and produce charts. When you log in to the websitebthat contains the charts, you will for example see a line chart of the sales and a daily total, a weekly total and a monthly total. Other charts could be used too. This method makes it very easy honestly but it is quite lengthy and hard, but I am pretty sure if you share further details about the data the website produces I can help you. Please share with me some of the data, not all of it if you don't want to. By seeing the data I can tell how I can do this. Thank you, looking forward to hear from you.
