I need someone to help me create a very simple plugin for Invision Powered Board 4.0 forum software. Basically all I need is a plugin that will allow the user to place a custom block that only appears on the specific url it was placed on. So to put it simply, this custom block will only appear on the exact url it was placed on, and nowhere else. I've been using the code attached to do this on one of my pages and it works flawlessly, but it seems like a big hassle coding this every time when I know someone out there could whip this up in a day or two. I will also need exclusive rights to this plugin once completed as I'll be using it on my personal website. I've attached an image that will help clearly show what I need made. Thanks for your help!

Easy, I will cache the urls that require this custom block and using php I will make an if statement to see if current page is has the cached url. Then I will use javascript hook, a template hook to place the code into IPB. I am experienced to do this because I have been coding IPB applications and hooks since IPB 3. I also run [login to view URL] which is fully IPB. Found it fully how much others have bid, when this is so simple.
