Hello! I have experience setting up and maintaining full-blown email servers. What I suggest is installing email server software on a Linux VPS (AWS) including Exim (SMTP), Dovecot (IMAP/POP3), Clamav (antivirus), Postfix admin (web management of user accounts), configuring DKIM, SPF and DMARC, checking reverse DNS mapping. All these techniques being combined provide a reliable mail server.
