Create 3 updates for the existing website

We have an existing website(we will share the link on PMB). We need someone to work on some 3 updates for it to make it better.
The updates are:
1. Hire This Writer fix
Currently when you click that link it leads to a page...we need it to lead to that writer's profile where the client can hire that writer directly. THe client should be able to place an order that goes directly/is only visible by that writer. However if the writer does not claim the work in 24 hours it should be available for others to claim in the Job Pool.
2. Editor completed(edited) articles counter
In the editor account he/she should be able to see how many articles he/she has completed. It should also be easy to see which editor edited which articles.
3. Failed Copyscape fix
When an article fails Copyscape test twice the writer should be suspended/banned but the system is not doing that now. We need you to fix that.
We want high quality work more than anything else.
