create a webpage in two tabs that performs calculations

We created an Excel file that allows the user to select the most suitable product into a small website that does the same thing. This Excel file uses some macros, so knowledge of Web scripting as well as basic VBA knowledge is required. The user inputs some values and the calculations will be performed at the server side. All calculations can be found by going though an Excel file, that is translated in English. You will have to follow a code-behind approach, so that I can then translate the front side back to Italian. I will make available also an empty MySQL databse where you will store all the constant needed for the calculations. Delivery will include first to run everything on your server, and final delivery will include uploading to our server via FTP and uploading the MySQL tables.
