Hi, I understand you are looking for Online market place with merchant account section on site. - Typically these sites are called Multi Vendor market place. - So there would be three interfaces on site Customer, Merchant and Admin. All would have their separate Dashboard and Profile management account. - I will also suggest and prefer it to be build on Magento. - We have worked on similar projects and know the functionality of every module/extensions used in it.
