I am looking for someone who can develop a simple Lotto game using the x11 cryptocurrency algorithm. Tasks that are required: - A functioning on-site wallet from a Dash-forked currency. Cryptocurrency - Lottery page that shows all the players who are playing, and be able to buy tickets with deposited currency. The more tickets the more likely they win (maximum tickets to buy is 5) Once it hits 1000 $PAC, a "Play game" button pops up for admins which resets the pot and creates a new game and players re-buy the tickets. - An admin panel that list all the users and their wallet addresses with admin powers e.g. ban, answer support tickets and a admin wallet to payout winners. - The image that is uploaded what design I would like on my Lotto game site to be based on. My budget for this is from $500 to $1000. We will go in more detail to person we want to hire
