CSS fix login bug

Can't figure out why I am not able to login to the admin section of a site. (Maybe something got erased, typo, deleted a character, line of code etc). It was working fine a month ago but after a few changes I am getting now an error and unable to login.
PLEASE READ!! I do not want to waste your time and neither mine. If you are not a QUICK bug finder and fixer, DO NOT APPLY to this posting.
I expect someone with A LOT OF EXPERTISE that can fix this issue in less than an hour. (I know for someone that knows a lot it will be able to figure it out in just a few minutes.)

Project will be done via Teamviewer connection. So no FTP, Cpanel or copy of the site will be provided.
