css guy/responsive design

Hi - I am looking for someone who LOVES doing CSS/Responsive design. I have a site that I need some help with upgrading, you should be good at the different media types, working with tables, fonts, etc. Ideally I'd like to be able to communicate with you [Removed for encouraging offsite communication which is against our Terms and Conditions.] as well, and ideally you should either be USA, UK, Australia, or European based, and be able to communicate in English. Probably how I see this working is I will 'periodically' have 1-2 hour jobs for you. Sometimes I might have 2-3 a week, sometimes maybe only 1 every couple weeks. Ideally this will be a long term business relationship. (For extra mini projects, I would simply add extra funds to this existing project based on what we agree together). I am looking for an 'affordable' expert. Should my project work out - I probably would have much more work available for you going forward. When bidding, a) Please bid for 1 hour's work b) Please include samples of previous work with responsive/css layout, etc. If you've done any design work too, that would be great. c) Please be in those geographic areas I mentioned [Removed for encouraging offsite communication which is against our Terms and Conditions.] d) If you do ajax/jQuery too, that's a bonus (as some design may work better with that integrated).
