css php and mysql changes to script

I have a simple coming soon script with an admin panel. I am looking for a programmer that can make: 1) some visual changes to the frontend page (i.e. make the background image not repeat, display the countdown timer properly, move around contact form, page text and counter and also make these items to have a transparent background) 2) add a popup screen that will be displayed once a user completes a contact form. This popup will ask users to share/like us on facebook, instagram and twitter. If a user submits this information, we will add this information in the database and display it in the admin panel. Looking for someone that can start right away and have this completed in a couple of hours. Max bid: $30
