Custom button with dynamic link

This is an e-commerce marketplace website based on magento 2.1, we are using vnecoms multi-vendor marketplace software and have separate vendor panel for sellers, we have added text field to show in vendor profile, we just want to make a button and call that perticular field to open as a hyper link
Important note: Text field is dynamic unique by vendors, so hyper link should call text url from specific vendor profile
