Customise my wordpress website to have some [login to view URL] features

My website is running an Extra blog theme from Elegant themes and wants some customisation in order to have some features of medium.com. These customization include;
1. User registration and login page that allows signing up with social media just like [login to view URL] does. After a user register, he should have his personal dashboard for notification and others.
2. A signed user after registration should be able to perform some functions and these are:
i) a signed user should be able to write his own blog post from the frontend, should be able to set his own featured image, define his own tags. Must look like or can be gutenburg WordPress editor.
ii) A singed in user should also be able to be followed by other users. (Every user can be an author or reader)
iii) A signed user should be able to customize his home page by following other authors, categories and most popular tags.
3) A page which displays most popular authors, categories and most popular tags ([login to view URL] has a similar feature) where a signed user can go to in order to follow and unfollow as said above in (2ii). This page must flexible so the wp-admin, whenever he creates a new category or tag, should appear on this page
4. Sitewide admin feature for this theme that allows me the admin, to post ads on certain full pages on user custom home page just like [login to view URL] does
5. customization can be done with BuddyPress (because of it more like a community of writers and readers) or any that is suitable and must look like [login to view URL] and also be built unto my existing website.
