Customization and configuration of 2 Erp Adempiere system into the same server

We have two servers to setup, one APPLICATION SERVER (Adempiere/Jboss) and one DB SERVER (postgre).

Both servers are running UBUNTU with GUI and are online with teamviewer.

The DB Server is ready with a fresh installation done and pgadmin4 installed.

The APP Server is freshly installed.

I need a clean and clear configuration and well documented, first we create a personalized environment:

then we setup the 2nd instance of adempiere on the APP Server:

Preferably the configuration must be done live on remote with me , I need to understand the procedure and I need time eventually to write down some notes or take some screenshot.

STEP BY STEP

1. INSTALL ADEMPIERE APPLICATION SERVER ON SERVER 'A'

2. CREATE DB ON SERVER 'B'

3. CONFIGURE PROPERLY THE ADEMPIERE APPLICATION SERVER TO BE LINKED TO DB ON SERVER 'B'

4. CUSTOMIZE THE ADEMPIERE APPLICATION ON ECLIPSE, CREATE A TABLE WITH FEW FIELD , CREATE A FORM, PERSONLIZED THE MENU AND BUILD THE 1ST APP PERSONALIZED

5. CONFIGURE THE 2ND ADEMPIERE INSTALLATION (2ND INSTANCE)

6. CREATE THE 2ND DB FOR THE 2ND INSTANCE

7. CONFIGURE THE 2ND ADEMPIERE TO PROPERLY LINK TO THE 2ND DB

8. CUSTOMIZE THE ADEMPIERE APPLICATION ON ECLIPSE, CREATE A TABLE WITH FEW FIELD , CREATE A FORM, PERSONLIZED THE MENU AND BUILD THE 1ST APP PERSONALIZED

9. FINALLY WE WILL HAVE 2 APPLICATION THAT ARE BASED ON ADEMPIERE. THESE TWO APP WILL HAVE THE LOGIN SYSTEM READY AND A BASIC MENU WITH 1 LINK TO THE NEWLY CREATED FORM. WE WILL HAVE TWO DIFFERENT JBOSS SERVER RUNNING ON DIFFERENT PORTS BUT IN THE SAME SERVER 'A' , LINKED TO TWO DIFFERENT DB BOTH RUNNING ON SERVER 'B'.
