Customized Wordpress/woocommerce plugin not working properly 1

Hello,
I am looking for someone to fix an issue with a customized wordpress plugin. The plugin is Woo Com Custom Fields. We use it to add custom fields to the checkout screen in woocommerce. The function of the custom fields is to work with woocommerce subscriptions. Basically, upon checkout for a subscription, a user fills out the fields and they get associated with the subscription. Every time the woocommerce subscription creates an order, the fields populate below the shipping address field in the order. The user can log into their account at any time to update the fields and it updates the subscription with the new responses.
The issue that we are having is that after the user/customer changes the information in a field and clicks update, the new information is not showing for the user/customer. The new information does change in the subscription in woocommerce backend but the user cannot see their newly changed information. It only shows the original information.
