Debug A Wordpress/PHP Website - 2

I have a website that offers subscribers a daily list of Free and Discounted Amazon Kindle books (similar to BookBub). It used a custom Wordpress template and is fairly complex. (As an example of how complex the site it, it uses DeathByCaptcha to help scrape data from Amazon. You must know how to handle and implement a tool like that.)

It uses a PHP interface to pull ASIN info from [login to view URL] and post it to the site, however this interface has intermittently stopped working - sometimes it pulls in the info, sometimes it gives me a 'site is not working' error.

I need someone that can, first, understand the complexities of the site and then debug it.

You should also speak and write fluid English, and be able to access the U.S. version of Amazon.com. Some prior developers were only able to access the India version of Amazon, and were totally unable to successfully make any modifications to the site.

In your proposal, please be sure to mention how you've used DeathByCaptcha, or a similar tool, in prior websites. If you don't at least mention DeathByCaptcha in your proposal, I will not even respond to you. If you send me a canned, cut-and-paste proposal you will be wasting both my time and yours.
