Deco Online special tool for extract packed files

i want a tool that extract a special files from packed file ( client game side deco online ) the packed file called .rvf type and to be easy for you i upload a file .rvf so see if you can work on it or not also i added the link for the full client ( may it help you to understand the game and files deco online) : [login to view URL] also i added a screenshots of the old tool that was working long time ago but it do not exists now so i am trying to make a new one
