The Idea is creating an app for hiring and recruiting people for contruction sites. it has 2 clients one of the clients is: employeer and the second client is the employee.
The concept of this app was created in order to resolve the need for contruction workers for construction companies initially will start with Helpers for masonry and carpentry.
The app will !00% score by reviews what is the idea every customer or employer will put a final score or review after the labor finish the job or leave the company.
What can you obtain a very remarkable and accurate way to select idoneus candidates for job sites. by having already references the companies will minimize wasting time and money in verification or references check.
The App will make sure to protect money from employers and employees. any transaction will be made trough the app. there are 2 ways one is: payments trough the app or just job posting in the app paying a subscription of usd 10 monthly. for employees. or one time fee usd 80.
Also, the app has to have the capability to store data base.
Also, will send location of the employee to the employeer and time when the job starts so basically
the employee have to sign in and and sign out. by doing so employeer will have a good control of the hours.
For non show up or let the employer know. there will be a fee of usd 50 deducted from the employee account.
In terms of agreement and protection there will be a mini-contract signed electronically by the employee where it is specified the job and work accepted including location.

We are not a hiring app jut intermediation between need and solution please have that clear.
